Used to be, I would carry a really small purse. I just hated a big purse, and my gun would fit in a small one. Lately, I've taken to carrying purses that could compete on the same shelves as Samsonite, and I don't really carry a lot of stuff. Strange huh???

My 9mm handgun
I go nowhere without my gun. It goes with me everywhere I go, the only exception being when I have to go to the courthouse, and that's only because they are not allowed there EVER (unless you are sworn law enforcement, which I'm not)
It's not that my neighborhood is dangerous, because it really isn't. I certainly wouldn't go to Memphis without it, but that's because in Memphis, breaking news on tv would be a day WITHOUT a murder. It's not like that here. I guess I just feel more comfortable knowing I have it.
My hair brush
I never used to carry one...when my hair was curly. Now that I straighten it, it tends to get out of control sometimes, and I need to run the brush through it occasionally.
My wallet
Yet another obvious answer. Who goes anywhere without their ID, debit card, MONEY???
My Blackberry
This should have been much closer to the top, but I figured I would mess with y'all. This is like my gun...goes with me wherever I go. My Berry is my life...has everything in it. Over 200 contacts, pictures, messages, calendar. Luckily, I'm smart enough to back it up every week, so if I was to ever lose it, all I would lose would be anything 6 days or newer. Oh...and my bluetooth stereo earbuds to go with it so I can listen to my music.

You crack me up though coz I couldn't even imagine owning a gun, let alone taking it with me everywhere.
Lets see, I have my wallet, cherry chapstick (and yes, I've kissed a girl and I liked it! Jk),phone, make up, mints, and other things.
As we get older, we carry more crap and that is why the purse grows.

No Lynne, it's not a crime here...as long as you have a permit to do so. Also, our gun law is not about concealed or not concealed. You can carry it either way as long as you have a valid handgun permit.
As for the size of the purse, I'm not carrying much more than what I did when my purse was little, yet the size of my purse has QUADRUPLED!!!!
Well then, maybe size does matter!!
